Refund Policy

Every AFA order is produced specifically for your team — sizes, colors, logos, and player names are all custom. Because of this, we do not offer cash refunds on custom apparel orders.

If you receive your order and it does not match the mockup you approved (e.g., wrong color, misprinted logo, incorrect name/number, defective stitching), we will remake the affected items at no cost.

Errors must be reported within 3 days of receipt, with clear photos showing the issue.

• Sizing issues when sizes provided matched our size chart
• Errors in submitted information (typos, wrong logos, wrong numbers)
• Color expectations outside the approved CMYK values
• Damage caused by improper care or wear
• Issues reported after the 3-day inspection window

Orders can only be cancelled before mockup approval and payment. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Contact us at info@tryafa.com, through the Contact page, or your dashboard within 3 days of receiving your order. Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the affected items
• A clear description of the issue

Our team will review and confirm remake approval within 2 business days.
